Ausu going down the tube?

A friend of mine bought a A7v333+R for his Xp 2100, and some pc2700. The board performed so good, that i had to get one for myself. Well about 2 months later his board just stopped working. Wouldnt post, wouldnt do nothing. Then 2 months after that, same thing happened to me. I had another friend come over to take a look befor i RMA it, and we switched it to jumper mode and tried to make out the squeeling noise in the pc speaker. Turns out that the A7v333 TALKS ! 'System failed Memory check' Well 3 different slots and 3 different sticks of pc2100 from 2 diferent computers later, we decided the memory manage is dead, anyone wlse have this problem?

No, but im looking to buy an asus a7v333, but if i do have a problem i know where to get it fixed...
