Gforce refresh rate in XP

Post by Pugsley »

Ok, as most of you may or may not know, the geforce only runs at 60Hz when in OGL or D3D mode. the only time it runs at what you set it at is on the desktop.

Does anybody have a prog that will fix this. I had one, but it doesent work wiht the 27.42+ drivers. It is kinda annoying only being able to run a 60fps. That and the geometry on my monnitor gets all screwed up when the refresh rate changes from 120 to 60.

Thank you for your help.

You want the NVRefresh Tool: http://majorgeeks.com/article.php?sid=1457

You MUST be using the NVidia Detonator driver - works with any, but get the latest one here: http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=drivers
