Frequency problems

No matter what i set my screen Hz to it is always 1 less on the monitor
this casue problem with the screen size and stuff. this happens once in a while but i am always able to fix it. It might have been casued when i was runing 2048 by 1536 for a few minutes. Monitor is a hansol 710D
