who was looking for cooling for ther e via cpu?

Hey man, thanks for the info, I checked it out and technically it's a definite solution to the passive heatsink problem. Unfortunatly however, after consulting with higher powers, I found out that it wouldn't fit on the motherboard that I want to use. In order to get it to fit, by cutting it off, you loose some of the heat flow causing overheating. :-(
