Nice tech support from Visiontek!

The fan on my GF3 Ti-200 video card is seizing up. I've bought a week - maybe - by lubricating the hell out of it, but it's shot.

Emailed Visiontek and gave them the card's part number and serial and they're mailing a replacement fan out ASAP.

Nice of them.

With all the lousy tech support out there it sure is nice to hear of a good experience once and awhile.

I also LUV Visiontek. Here's why: I bought a Gf3 Ti500 last october. It worked fine until this past May, when it somehow died. I called em up, and they said they would send me a replacement after I mailed them the card. I mailed it to them, and got a replacement less than a week later. I open up the box and in the box is a brand new Geforce 4 Ti4400! Awfully nice of them to send a better card than the one I had =)
