My PCMods FanBus' 3rd spot doesn't work!

Problem is, I bought it in February!!

I have not had a fan hooked into that spot, because I didn't have a fan for behind my motherboard until now. Well, now I do. ONE, the LED doesn't light up. And TWO, the rheobus thing on there doesn't change the speed. Sure, the fan runs, but hell, the whole point of this was to set them at a lower speed, which my 3rd spot doesn't do.

Do you think PCmods will send me a replacement? Or, since it was only a 90day warranty, will they just say, "Too bad for you.."

I'm going there to see now. :-\

Well, if you Havent called them....do it.

otherwise, I would have sugested ordering from Highspeed. Scott is a really cool about stuff like that. A great business man.

Well, they gave me two options.

Since they are currently on backorder, i could buy a new one, when they get more, and send mine back for a refund. Or, I could send mine back now, and get my new one back when they have more in stock.

or, I could order somewhere else, and then send mine back. but they offer a 90 day warranty now.

I would like HighSpeedPC's one though, as they have the lower speed as Red, not green..
