Anybody know of an on-line vendor which accepts paypal who sells these cool blue lights?

You could pick some up at your local Radio Shack. Might be a little more expensive but if you are only getting one or two it's probably cheaper than paying shipping.

Schwartz is right. Most online electronics supply vendors have a minimum charge as well. I think it is usually around $25.

But if you can get a group of people together, or you plan to resell them online, check out http://www.digikey.com or http://www.mouser.com. Either one of those is bound to have any color LED made.
