Laptop display still messed up

Best Buy had it for three weeks to replace the display panel. It had one dead pixle on it over on the right side. I got it back tonight(2/2/02) and there is a big grey spot on the display now. Only seen on light backgrounds. Looks like it's going back. It's not a dirty spot either.
