Data Recovery?

Anyone know of a decent FREE program to try and recover deleted data... A file on the womans computer which contained her address book was deleted and she's pissed at me and of course its all my fault it got deleted... It was saved on her D drive when i formatted the C and reloaded... She just loaded up the program cause she needed it and now the files gone and know that i didn't delete it but of course she ain't gonna fess up to it even if she did cause as we all know... To women, men are never right and they are never wrong....
