i have stick of 256mb pc 133 would it work on a motherboard that runs 100mhz. it should work right. just like the ata 100 cables they work at ata66 and ata 33. correct me if i wrong right.

thx for any help given.

Yeah, it should work just fine as long as the SPD is programmed correctly ... even if not you should be able to manually set the settings in BIOS.
