Need help w/ AnandTech.com

I know this may not be the best place for this but I've got nobody else to turn to.
Over two months ago, my Rogers@Home Cable ISP has decided to do a massive upgrade and also change the extension of all e-mails from joeblow@home.com to joeblow@rogers.com... I tried to change my old @home to @rogers e-mail in my AnandTech.com profile, but somehow I was kicked off by the board. I couldn't login again with my password. After a couple of days I e-mailed AnandTech.com forum administrator and explained the situation. He sent me a new password to login with but that password didn't work. I e-mailed him back and I waited, waited some more, a little more and that more turned out to be a month without any word from AnandTech.com team. I e-mailed them again and waited - no response. E-mailed again with a little attitude (nothing bad) since I purchased a video card from a user there and I didn't want to become a troll or anything similar if I didn't notify him of its arrival. All my info with that user was storred in our PM conversations.
As far as I know, I did nothing bad to be mistreated by AnandTech.com staff. I barely pulled out of the deal with a help of a friend.
Could anyone tell me what the heck is going on overthere? I'm not a bad person and never was. I just tried to change my e-mail.
Is there someone else I could contact from AnandTech.com? Because I got tired of waiting for the forum moderator to respond to my requests.
Thanks,
Kamil W. aka VFAA @ AnandTech.com
