is an rma really worth it?

rma really worth it my case antec sx-830 since fan is blowing on my psu instead blowing hot air. is this something i can fix myself or does it require lot work and its just easier to rma and sent it to antec

If the fan (is it the case fan or PSU fan?) is blowing into the wrong direction you should be able to fix it yourself.
Casefan is easily changed, just turn it around ... PSU fan requires you to open the PSU and try to turn around the fan, but be careful, this might be dangerous. Best would be to remove the PSU from case and carefully open it, then try to turnaround the fan.
So, what fan is it that runs wrong ?

Keep in mind that the PSU has a warranty sticker that will tear apart at a joint when opened, that will void the warranty on the PSU once the sticker is tore apart. On the other end, fixing it yourself is faster.

you can do it ... just be careful and take your time.
Mainly give the capacitors time to discharge...or it could be a painful experience.

step by step of course i know i must take out of case and unplug power. okya how much is an antec 300 watt powersupply anyways.
