props to HP service

the kb on my wife's lappy got "confused" - i had been putting off dealing with it because i didn't have time to fool with it - finally called hp service - fedex picked it up friday and i got it back tues 10 am - new kb and fan - nice to get good support - i know there are a few hp techs lurking here
