Anyone know a good DVD player for windows 2000?
I was using Power DVD in windows 98 but after installing windows 2000 it is really jerky. Clean install.

I'm using a Hollywood+ with no problems at all. But I have successfully used PowerDVD v2.55 and WinDVD 2000 under Win2k.
On a long enough time line, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.

Yeap...
That gave me hell in Win98
Let me get this straight:
I go to Device Manager, then IDE controlers, then when I go to the channel with the DVD player it is set to DMA if available.
and shows current Transfer Mode: Ultra DMA Mode

So, it shows " current Transfer Mode: Ultra DMA Mode " for the DVD drive properties under the "DVD/CD-ROM drives" tab ?
