I think the 16 vs 64 channels is why I noticed such a difference in Bioshock. Pretty much most of the mainstream onboard audio chips use 16 channels except for high-end gaming mobos. This is equivalent to an SBLive which is just fine for most games but Bioshock really pushes the envelope on audio. I bet COD4 does too.

why cant they make a SoundStorm card? I had that on my Epox awhile back an miss it. That was the best onboard ever. If they made a card out of it i would gladly pay 150 for it.
