AIW Radeon and Wolfenstein = bad refresh rate

Post by Piper »

I run the game at 1024x768x32 and my monitor is stuck at 60hz. The XP desktop at the same resolution is displayed at 85hz. I don't understand this at all. I'm running an AIW Radeon with the latest XP drivers. Any ideas??

It's a Win2k/XP/OGL thing. No fixes for ATI cards yet.

I fixed it :) Downloaded Multires from the makers of Powerstrip and was able to "lock" the refresh rate at my monitor's max refresh for that resolution.
