It has its uses. See it as a way of having your own personal terminal. Its not really a surprise, people have been carrying around a computer for years, its called your cellphone.
When all else fails, replace the user.

So far I'm not seeing a good reason to buy one. Even if you plug it into a monitor or TV, you still need a mouse and keyboard so you might as well just use a phone, tablet or laptop.
