Interesting article about place selling binned 5.0 ghz Intel cpus

summary - somebody has access to a boatload of intel cpus and is binning them for the aftermarket. Reviewer purchased a 4790k guaranteed to hit 5.0 and it did so easily. Reminds me of the days searching for the magic stepping codes.

I still haven't gotten around to doing my 4790 upgrade because I am lazy.
