no more easy exchanges on ms hardware
just tryed to rma a keyboard today to Microsoft. now they want you to fax them a copy of the sales slip. then they will send you a rma for a new peice of hardware .they also require you to ship them back the defective unit.
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me.
