That USB-Sata enclosure I bought was DOA. Cost me $5.?? shipping to get it, was another $7.29 to send it back. Pretty ticked about being out $13 on a $22 item I called them and nicely told them I wanted them to cover the return shipping. Just got my paid mailing label printed and ready to send it out now
Another thing was I asked about the REBATE on it! I did not send it in yet of course. The item was bought as having a $21.99 rebate and listed online as free after rebate when I bought it. When I read the Rebate form later it said item had to be bought like 16th-30th, I bought it about 14th, 2 days to soon. I asked if that might void the rebate and he said, ya it probably would. Bought before begining of promotion. So maybe read those forms before ordering and make sure they are valid at time of purchase!
I think this item could have had one rebate expire perhaps and another start at same time, not sure but it had been listed as free after rebate for at least a few days before I bought it, maybe a week even, but the rebate form I was able to download said the 16th Nov!
