wheres the windows key?

Where on the comp is the windows activation key stored? I lost the package tha t the cd came in and need the number before i format....thanks!

I like that Pugsley, same thing I was thinking :D

However if we go back a few years, can you show me where the "Deskview Key " is?
Dang, been song long forgot how to spell it, Desqview? Deqview?

That used to bug me, it would say press the Desqview Key, I think it was like ALT or Crtl or something.
They didn't get thier own specail pretty, useless, key for their very own like some monopolies get today.

Belarc Advisor is a free download that gives you diagnostics on your comp, and also pulls keys from your Windows install, Office, and some games.

Yes I had to be an ass about it... But I figured I would go with the comedy option.
