Probably means nvidia's custom SWide drivers, some like them some don't. I haven't played with them for a while, I don't really know what the current verdict is. I know that they make your ide devices show up as scsi in the device manager, makes some burning/disk programs go crazy. If you are booting from your sata drive you might as well skip them- any performance you might gain would probably be unnoticed since you are booting from a drive on a different controller.
