Herculese PSU
What do you guys think of hercules PSUs as far as reliability and voltage stability?

You can try to do some Google searches to see if you find any reviews.
General rule of thumb I use is weight. GOOD PSUs are heavy (bigger heatsink = better voltage regulation). Good quality PSUs generally weigh more than 3 pounds.
For example good quality Enermax and Antec 400 watt PSUs weigh in at about 4 pounds.
Also I wouldn't even bother using a PSU if it didn't have 2 fans (one on the back and one inside). Single fan units are cheapies.
