Recommendations for ATI VID hs/fan

got one ati card (9200) with a dead hs/f and a 9700 pro with one on the way out -- what's a good replacement unit? and what do you put these puppies on with AS cement or whatever it's called?

I got a OC 9600 with a zalman HP80c on it with out the fan. Works great! i think the GPU is 100mhz OC and its just fine as can be with that cooler on it.
