Is your system stable, or are you having random problems? If it is stable I would not give it a second thought. If you are having issues you may be onto something.
well it was stable up until today when I posted this. When I tried launching firefox, my system would studder then reboot. When I tried launching into the WoW, it would reboot occassionally.
I looked at my temps which were high for having a slk800 on it (80mm stealth fan though). normally I average 45 peaked. And it wasnt too hot around here today.
Now, everything seems to be stable again and the temps went down...but those - voltage numbers were still down.
Sandra voltage monitor is obviously not working right with your mobo - your -12 volt and -5volt busses can't be those values. I would believe your BIOS health monitor instead.
Keep in mind that monitoring voltages from within Windows is notoriously unreliable. Even from BIOS it isn't very accurate. You can't compare the simple and inexpensive voltage sensor chips they use with a quality digital Volt-Ohm Meter.

Vcore over 2? Damn....no wonder your chip is hot as hell. I thought the VCore for that chip was 1.75
