Honestly I got what I expected from Promise. 99% of the time, I fix a problem myself, but in rare cases I have to deal with the company. I did not have high hopes when I sent the email, but I figured what the hell.

As far as SCSI goes,I had SCSI, I loved it, but it was too loud, and too hot, so I switched to serial IDE. For my application I need the space, more so than the performance.

I have one more thing I want to try.... I will let you all know if it works.
