soyo dragon problems part 2

hi all
i am having some computer problems .
soyo is the problem !
I bought a soyo motherboard to replace the abit motherboard i had a memory slot overheat ond melt .
anyway the soyo motherboard was returned got a rma- replacement or repair . i got it back yesterday and they said it was fixed . I installed it and to my suprise it did the same as before !
anyway as it stands right now .im fighting there tech support.
the computer eather shuts right off (black screen ) and beeps and i have to pull the power cord to shut it off or it will not power back up .
just a small idea what they have been making me do .
change cpu fan .change powersupply , change memory sticks , even as i write this they have me uplug all the ribbins in the case going from the motherboard to the hard drives ,floppys and cd units .!
and im still getting the same problems !
(but remember its not soyo board thats the problem its got to be my hardware ) i get to call them back today and give them the report on what happen when i pulled ribbins .and started it back up ! (funny after clearing cmo that with ribbins removed it still read that a floppy was working ! ) if they dont send me a new soyo dragon ultra to replace this one i may just scream and then do more after i find a new motherboard ! renovation/bellringer

also all the same parts work of on my abit motherboard -just need to reformate hard drives .
and as im writing this im on wifes rig .seeing i have the soyo board in my case -and the abit motherboard on the kitchen table !
pisses me off so much that even with my first memory slot melted and unuseable -the abit board is still useable and i bought a pos soyo dragon ultra platnium . but they are making me go though hoops to get this unit replace .
i think today im going to order a new motherboard and it will not be a soyo !

and if i do get it rma i will sell the replacement !
it cost me price of board plus $28. to rma it the first time and they have said a new rma will have to be made if they do have it sent back again to them !

i have this same board and it did as you describe when i tried to first install it. i disabled the Fan off control and the high temp shutoff and after i got windows installed i just turned the temp shut off back on its been working fine since.
