Check out THIS MOUSE it has a LED fan in it to keep your palm from getting sweaty :D

seens somethign liek that at best buy. Belkin maybe? and I have seen a xbox controler with fans in them also. bout time.

the fan is useless in that. you hand covers the vent and the air goes nowhere. but just having the vent there alone will help the sweaty hand cause you hand is touching less mouse and you skin can breath.
