monitor 19'' 1600x1200 font size help !

HI Im using a mon 19'' in 1600x1200 but I do not how to chnge the font size from here below.

Did you select the "Large Fonts" or "Extra Large Fonts" setting in Display Properties->Appearance? Doesn't look like it - your task bar icons are aweful small too.
