i almost forgotten how much fun it was to delete a bad file through dos that you couldnt delete through windows

Rebooting out to dos

typing CD c:\name of directory

typing del WINXPK~1.exe to see that undeletable file go bye bye :D

going through all that almost makes me take for granted how much easier things are lately. Instead of just clicking on the file and hitting delete, or right clicking and selecting delete, i had to work to get that file off my system :p
Gone for good. But never say never

Yup yup.
Girlfriend dled a bunch of mp3's to her PC that where infected with some virus or another (They where all .mp3.vbs stuff). Well, click on the file to delete, Norton spanked me, so GO DOS!

(Course, I'm safe with her PC anyway, reassociated all .vbs/.vbs/.wsh/.wsc to open with notepad :)
