newegg.com refurbs

i ordered a msi kt3 ultra2 from newegg as a refurb and i hear that people have bad experience with newegg refurbished items. i just want to know what your experience with refurbs are, from newegg.com

actually, the refurb stuff is the ONLY stuffI would concider buying at newegg. you have thurty days, I have had oen thing die in that time...and they took care of it.

i bought one refurb from newegg...it was DOA (a motherboard). they paid for return shipping and refunded my $$$$ without questions.

I've had to return 2 of 5 refurb mobo's. One of the 2 I asked for an rma months later and they did with no problem. A third mobo I never tried till months later and it works, as long as nothing is in a pci slot. :D They wouldn't rma that one, but I did wait too long to try it.

They never paid for my return shipping as they did you b-man1.

whats so bad with newegg i've had nothing but good luck with them... only bought one refurbed mobo from them and it worked fine.

just got the mobo and put it in my case...
it seems to work just fine there hasnt been any problems for about 48 hours so im guessing it will be fine.

they are by far the greatest pc site ever i bought a mobo from them 6 months later it died and the replaced it and gave me a new one then sent me a HD with the pins bent and they replaced it for me no problem as well. So they got ya covered if u get it from them ;)
