Xbox Live Help WANTED!

I'm trying to hook up my xbox live and I'm trying to run the cable through my computer which has a Network Card and Onboard Ethernet. I need to know how to get the ethernet card to run to my onboard Ethernet so I can run it like a network. Is this possible? I need some serious help, my AIM is LNSOPHMORE05... if u have any ideas please tell me. I appreciate it. Thx
