bios chip replacment??

hey guys i just got a new bios chip from the company ECS and i have no idea how to take out the old one cuz i dont wanna break anything....
just step by step instruction will be helpful...

Pretty sure you need a special tool for that....and I bet if you did it yourself it it would void the warrenty?? I'm surprised they didn't just ask for the motherboard to do it themselves.
