So I was looking through the ads around Thanksgiving and saw Fry's was selling Maxtor 8MB cache 80GB drives for $50 after rebates. So I talked my dad into getting me two for Christmas, so I could RAID them, but I had to wait till Christmas to use them. Well it seems as though my current harddrives are dying or at least really really pissing me off, so to curb data loss, I talked my dad into letting me hook them up to backup necessary data. Well, I also decided to run two benchmarks to see how they preform. Well I'll let the pictures explain....

Now to just get a NForce 2 board to rid myself of VIA and the PCI bus problems (it's sad when you have to use experimental patchs from a 3rd party person to get ANY decent preformance).
