I have the non-raid version of the Gigabyte board. It has been an awsome board to say the least. In fact I have use two of them, one for me on for a pc I built for a friend. They both did one strange thing though, when I put the cpu in I had to burn in for a minute or two at 100 FSB and then I was able to switch to 133 FSB. No problems ever since. I also love the dual bios and the ability to update the bios over the web while in the OS! :)

I'd go with the gigabyte...a proven solid fast board

The MSI is supposedly good but I am less than impressed with the company

they make good enough boards but the service stinks (took them months before theyd even admit the hw monitoring was broken on the 645U and even then they'd ban ppl from the forums just for asking about it)
