ACDSee (at least 3.1 which is what I use - I don't like 4.0) will consistently crash if you're running Ultramon2.
Go into Ultramon's options and inthe "Window Menu" tab, add ACDSee to the list of programs that you don't want to add custom menu items to.
Drove me nuts for a while.
