Make sure your vid card is seated firmly in it's slot.

Check for:

- Loose CPU
- Loose Ram
- Loose vidcard (mobo will usually beep if it's loose though)

unplug the power cord (120v), clear the cmos - sing dancin' in the rain for about 30 mins, try it again

Wait a minute. It beeps with no ram?

Does it beep if you pull the vid card?

If so then it SOUNDS like the mobo is actually working. You sure it's not the video monitor? Bad vid card? Got some others you can swap out to test?

Just try it with the vid card and yank the modem for now. As FP said, try, If you have, another vid card.
