I have used Easy CD since version 3.01 and it has always worked for me. These Memorex disks have a label on them stating that they are for drives with the "High Speed" logo on them. Ever try them ? (pic below)

Memorex 10x cdrw disk problems
I recently bought some Memorex 10x CDRW disks and have had problems with them. Sometimes I can burn data on them and then they won't erase. Easy CD says it is "unrecognised data" and then it locks my comp up tight. I have some CompUSA 10x CDRW disks and have no problems using them. I am using WinXP Pro with Easy CD 5.02 Platinum updated to 5.1 and a Yamaha CRW2200 (20x). No, I don't need to hear how crappy Easy CD is either.
