Well, looks like I figured out what was noisy. Anyone know how to..

Did it with an old AT powersupply. Just dont touch the big round things and u'll be fine :) Unscrew the fan, and unplug it. If there is no plug and its soldered into the board, then cut the wires and connect the new ones with tape or something like that. Butt connectors work well for that. Just crimp them together.

I think i'll be fine replacing the fan. I just need to find out whether or not I have any warrenty left, or any at all. Anyone know?

g osee how much warranty a new 400 watt antec supply has... their all over the net.

Looks like I could pick up a 380w True Power for a few extra bucks. I don't know, I doubt they are any quieter than the current antecs. I will get the Enrmax, and a PSU tester and see how it performs.
