Use to be easy and good but I haven't used it in a couple years.

if it's 1 or 2 people crowded around a desk the cheap web cameras are ok. The sound is usually the issue. We ended up using the phones for sound and the cameras for video.
We Want a solution that lets us have group meeting to group meetings once a month. Maybe 20 people to 6. The commercial solutions start at around $ 4000 at each end.
I'm hoping to experiment with my Camcorder and the Dazzle unit I use to dub tapes to MPEG files: that might let us do it for free :chug
