Great customer support! I had a 13.5GB 22GXP that got bad sectors. They sent me out a replacement before I shipped them my old drive so I wouldn't lose anything and I had 30 days to ship my old one back. New drive has worked perfectly ever since.

Did I mention that if your drive has already been discontinued, they send you the next available larger drive?... I got a free 20GB -> 25GB upgrade once...

I'm on my third RMA with them. They don't update their webpage too often to reflect you RMA status - I always have to call them. Also, It takes about four weeks from the time you send it in until you see it on your doorstep.

Tell me about it :) I sent mine in the first week of this month and when I called them to get a status they said it arrived on the 15th but they have not even looked at it....GEEZ. I'm stuck with an old 20gig ATA33, 5400rpm runing WinME (to lazy to put XP back on).
