sold me an x800 pro for 325.00. Also sold the same card to another person. Been giving us excuses ever since but never sent the card to either of us.

What would be the best way to handle this

I've already sent him an email and am awaiting a reply, per your post in the Traders to Avoid list.

Once I hear anything I'll forward that to you. If no reply, then other methods will be used.

they said they cant release the info to me. I already tried.

That's pretty damn lame. Ask them to please send his ip's to me on http://www.trollhunters.com. My trollhunter email is there. Tell them sharing info can help not only their members, but also other forums members too.

Working together is the only way we can stop thieves. If they still don't want to help, then I'd never post at that forum again.

*and btw, don't worry about any retaliatory evals from him. Should he do so.

Hey Shroom and blade,

I was reading that thread on pcper and the tracking# he provided does appear to be valid, says something is to be delivered on Friday? Might want to keep that in mind.. As the package is currently in FedEx possession. What's in the box, who knows? heh..

I still think something is wrong , did you see the weight of the package ? check it at fedex with the tracking # . it says 3.0 LB??? that is a lot for just a vid card...

but maybe I'm wrong... just a thought

I've had that when trying to obtain details of bad traders. One large forum completely refused to co-operate with me, which is rather annoying.

well i just got off the phone with fedex

This guy sent the package to a guy named

John Davis
20675 Van Ness
Torrance, CA 90501

That address does not exist nore do I know who the hell john davis is.

I'm the other person who bought this card.

I currently have a complaint against this person with paypal, but what else can I do?

Should I report this person to trolls.com, FBI Fraud Alert, and to the police department in his area?
FBI and police department might be a bit extreme...I'm just really fed up with this person

well the detectives said you should file a report in your jurisdiction also. Report him to everyone possible.
