Trade Gone South

Help! I bought a used motherboard off Sharky and haven't received it. I did all the right things: checked hearware, addresses & paid with paypal. I had good communication before the sale and then after the sale it went away.
I finally called his home last night and he said he had been gone and thought it was already delivered. When I asked for the tracking numbers he said he would get back with me soon. He is probably in shock that callled him on it.
I don't know what to do. I have left bad heatware and even ask fellow buyers how their sale went and of course they all got their stuff on time.
How long should I wait?

These are questions you should have asked BEFORE leaving a negative heat. How long has it been since you paid for the items?

Yeah , he was a little quick in the beginning , but as it turned out , speedwagon never did get his motherboard and it took him 4 weeks to get his money back . The guy would not return his PM's or emails . Didn't even respond until trollhunters got involved
