UPDATE: He e-mailed me. Looks like things can hopefully be resolved. I'll keep this thread updated, thanks for the help and welcomes, especially Blade for his words of wisdom.

Issue is resolved, thanks for the help. I'm not sure about what heat should be left, but he did his best to make things right. (14 days with no communication, then everything shipped w/ DC# and arrived in good shape) Not sure what reasons are good, it doesn't matter to me but to the rest of the trading community. (I have no problems with the trader) Thanks again.

id say just leave a neutral but in the comments explain what happend and that the product was fine and there was a bit of a communication problem.
