Which cooler is better?

Okay, so a client gives me a computer to work on. She just got it, a friend built it out of spare parts for her. It has an Aerocool Extreme SocketA cooler on it. Right now, in my main rig I have a Vantec Aeroflow SocketA cooler. The client said I could pluck any part I wanted out of it that she doesn't need, and the cooler she has is a bit overkill for her proc, so I was thinking of stealing the Aerocool. Which one should I use?

They are very similar in design, but the Aero Cool has a lower rpm fan, is quieter (8db), and is solid copper.
