a thermalrite SK7 or slk800 wiht a quiet 30-40cfm fan would do the trick. SVC.com has both at a fair price.

If your motherboard has the right holes....

I have the Thermalright SLK900U mounted to the Epox EP-8RDA+, running the Athlon XP 2100+ Thoroughbred 'b' CPU. I get 35C at idle, running this baby just over 2 GHz at stock voltage, and with a Vantec 92mm Stealth fan (low RPM). You need a motherboard that has the four holes around the socket for this heatsink, as it's mounting bracket requires bolting the thing down.

I also have two systems using the Kanie Hedgehog Type-W heatsink, and that heatsink uses two 60mm fans. This heatsink is also very heavy, but it uses the three-hole clip to attach itself to your socket. I would not be banging that type of mounting around, as it might rip the socket away from the motherboard. I am running it on a Soyo K7V Dragon Plus with an Athlon XP 2000+ Thoroughbred 'a', and on an old Asus A7V with a T-bird chip. Both heatsinks use dual 60mm Sanyo-Denki fans that run around 3500 RPM (fairly quiet). :p

I just bought the slk800 I highly recommend it for the athlonxp's. I've got a 2100+ it was running upward of 45c (with a zalman heatsink) now it's just above 30c.
