Kingston PCI 10/100 for $15 shipped, have the link to download drivers online. New OEM Card, but need to be taken out of plastic holder to fit in
small USPS box.
or an used OEM card by Compaq for $9 shipped. Win98 loads working driver for it, not sure about Win2k.
