hardline,

You have 7 eval's to my 49, no disrespect but I need to think on this a bit.. I have a rule that I don't paypal money on trades over $100 to traders I haven't dealt with before unless the other trader has close to/more positive eval's than I do.I can let you know definately later this evening, obviously of course if someone else offers you paypal sell the card .

My heatware

Hardline,

From what I've been reading over at Anand's a trader having a verfied paypal account actually offers a buyer very little protection unless they use their credit card to go thru paypal, then they can dispute thru their credit card company charge.

I appreciate your interest in a trade but I'm not comfortable sending $140 via paypal to someone who has so many fewer positive heatware eval's than I do.

Thank you again though for your interest :)

well alright, but using your rule and trading as much as you do, its gonna get harder and harder to find ppl to trade with.....

I don't know if this helps any, but as HaRdLiNe said--I delt with him for the motherboard I am STILL using and the deal went fine. I bought it for about ~$150 a long time ago and I shipped first from what I remember. I was nervous, but everything came as said. He also let me know before the deal took place that a piece of plastic surrounding the pins on the IDE controller was broke. Of course, the board ran fine without it, but I liked knowing about it before hand. It showed honesty.

Hardline,

When I was new the rule was that newbies shipped *FIRST* to established traders,
who paid upon receipt and verification of the hardware.I built a solid rep and for bigger
ticket items including systems. So now I must always pay first,no matter how few eval's the other person has ? I don't think so.. I'll pay retail before I do.Btw, this is not a slam against you
it's just business, perhaps we'll do business in the future !

That's a sweet video card,I'm sure you'll have no trouble selling it :)

if you don't like his policy don't deal with him, simple is that. don't just bash him front of all ppl.
