yah... downsizing time
(actually, i'm upgrading from a 21" mon to a 36" XBR wega and turning my pc into more of an appliance).... so i don't need all this power any more
how does a duron 600 + $150 obo sound?

How did you go to 1.4, multiplier or fsb?

you've got mail back...
i assume it's a 1200mhz chip (12x100) because it's a bit old... but i'm running it at 9x133 right now (got to 1400mhz, 10x140mhz on an Abit KT7A-RAID mobo)

DOH! RMA it. amd lets U rma an OEM chip Once. unless it is retail then U have a 3 year waranty as long as U still ahve the origional fan.

If you do rma it and still want to get rid of it lmk. I'm gonna sit for a bit and play with the 800 before getting another mb for an amd.
I'll still be looking at dumping the 600.
