Ok guys im still in boston, we got a big winter storm on the way in so im stuck in my hotel

phones were down all day yesterday until about 4 this AM.
I'm up to 20" of snow since 11PM last night.
2 towns away only have 12".
That's what I get living off the river to the ocean.
Snow banks went from kneecap level yesterday to over my head this morning.
With the ruptured disk, I sent mama and my 11 year old out there at 4AM, She is needed at work as all the other nurses have been calling in to say they aren't coming.
I feel like a guy with no balls watching them but I tried to shovel yesterday and blew out 2 of my staples and loosened the rest.

power went back on 3 minutes ago
friggin cordless phones
had to dig around in a pitch black basement to find a phone with no power requirements
totalled out at 28" with 50mph gusts off the river
Snow wasn't bad, 2 kids can play battleship and other games only so long before they drive dad to the shithouse though
you never told me, are you still in Woburn?
and what are your plans for tomorrow night?
Mama has to work so maybe I'll drag the kids and take you out to eat
